I am Sreekanth, Integrated MS student in school of Physics, IISER Thiruvananthapuram ( http://www.iisertvm.ac.in/ ). My research interests are broadly in the areas of Mathematical/Statistical Physics. In particular, I am interested in stochastic processes and modelling of various physical systems. Trying to understand non equilibrium systems / systems far from equilibrium is an area I would like to pursue my research career in.

 

I have done some interesting short term internships in a number of areas. Please have a look at my CV, where I have very briefly mentioned them.

 

The minor subject I pursue is mathematics. I have completed courses in Real and complex analysis, Linear Algebra, Abstract algebra, Topology and Differential geometry. 

 

I have also been a frequent visiting student of Institute of Mathematical Sciences, Chennai ( www.imsc.res.in ). I was a summer intern in the school of Physics under Prof. Purusattam Ray.

 

My personal interests include Reading, writing poetry and Playing cricket.
